"Young Community Transport Service installed the system in November 08 and we have been very pleased with how the system works and the administration time it has saved us.
As we are not Computer experts we are very pleased with the simplicity of the system. We were able to install it ourselves and had it up and running in a short time.
We have found It very easy to use and it produces the reports we need.
We have 110 clients on our taxi voucher program and since the system was introduced I estimate it saves us 10 hours per month in administration time as our old system required vouchers to be hand written and then marked off the list manually when returned.
The durable vouchers are lasting well with very little signs of wear in the 10 months they have been in use. The feedback from the Taxi operators has also been very positive so we are very pleased with the whole system."
