ICN Service Monitor Imports client data from the TRIPS software

ICN Service Monitor tracks uniquely coded eTickets which can be redeemed for any Taxi that accepts eTickets

eTickets must be activated before being assigned to a client

Activation of eTickets records the serial number in the ICN Service Monitor database

Tickets can be assigned to eligible Clients both singularly or in bulk sequentially

The movement of eTickets is recorded against the appropriate client for future reporting

Import of Cabcharge reports at period end allows efficient and timely reconciliation of used eTickets

ICN Service Monitor allows you to track usage taxi cost, liability and reimburse the taxi company
